Another Stitching Finish
Today, I finished the stitching part of my Sock Monkey ornament by Raise the Roof Designs, which was featured in the JCS 2010 Ornament Issue.
I am waiting on mitten buttons and star charms to complete it; then I will finish the ornament off, as I choose.
Hope you like it as much as I do.
It was stitched on Picture this Plus, Colorscape Aida in the Kermit green, 14 ct.

It has Been a While
I know it has been a while since I have posted, and here Christmas is almost upon us.
I just wanted to share a small piece I did for a friend's quilt. It is the Lavender Girl by Jeremiah Junction; one of the Alphabet Girl series. I plan on doing a country theme this year as my stitching goal! I have been pulling patterns to start after the first of the year. I am also in a year-long ornament SAL. That should be enjoyable also.
I finished this right after returning from the Branson Retreat at Cecilia's Samplers. Take a peek and enjoy!
Hugs,
Sue
